i've been drawn to bruges since watching "in bruges." friends, it really is that magical looking and it is a small town. have to say that it was my fav on my belgian weekend.  in fact you know how little girls want to be proposed to in paris. in my book, bruges gives it a run for it's money.

so with chinese new year around the corner, it's tradition to get a haircut. i've been harvesting my hair for some time now for my third donation to beautiful lengths. my dear pal liana did the honors as she has the past two times. verdict? shar long or short?

the morning after

so it was a rough defeat. out first loss in a super bowl. sigh! i gots to say the boys left everything on the field last night, and if refs would call the game correctly it might have been a different outcome. we will never know. i'm not saying we didn't beat ourselves. we had opportunities (3 tries at the end zone with 2 minutes remaining) but seriously shocked by the ravens taking a safety to kill time in the final minute. thank you niners for an amazing season and maybe third times the charm for coach jim harbaugh. thanks to all my coworkers that offered personal condolences this morning. i'm completely worn out from the game and moving yesterday. you kids provide just the right amount of support to get me through the day.
