best cinematic mind eff: inception. whoa! (a la keanu reeves) shar's been dying to see this flick with her lovely leo and jgl. i was shut out on wednesday, but second time's the charm. t and i made it into the theatre with assigned seating (yes, friends they do that over here). the layers of dreams weren't so elaborate that you couldn't understand, like say a lost episode. the cast was brilliantly casted, even though i had my qualms about ellen page going in. she was no katie holmes in batman returns. what really impressed me was jgl's gravity defying fight sequence in dream level 2. reminded me of this.
