best happenstance show: wall at rockwood music hall. i was clued into this free gig by brooklyn vegan. i've been harping about my love for wall and excited to see them stateside. i was able to convince zaid to come with.  he wasn't impressed but i was still tickled pink by lyla's whispery delivery. she even did her supremes cover of "where did our love go."
