night beds @ glasslands

haven't been to a show where i didn't have to review in a while. glad to have caught night beds off the clock at glasslands. the late sunday evening show wasn't so bad when the band broke into a cover of gillian welch's "the way the whole thing ends." obviously, i was the the yelping gal in the rafters when winston asked if anyone liked gillian.

first show at glasslands sans clouds

i'm bummed to miss them when they open for indians at mercury lounge next month. it's a case of wrong coast at wrong time.  :(  if you folks enjoy, you should go to marc show and make shar uber jealous.
