mom and dad rule and sent me my lucky money for chinese new year. sad that i'm not able to celebrate with them. shar had to take care of nye dinner and pulled off one of mom's signature dishes. whew! found out i missed out on this while in my year of the tiger hooplah.this year especially i've been asked a lot about our traditions and honestly i don't know all of them. if you are curious, here's a good run down.
