fltgc: west 24th edition

i haven't been able to keep up with my friday lunch time gallery crawls due to work and spending most lunches at my desk. that's sad. so this trip back to art crawling during lunch was most satisfying. it's great to get out of the office and just be transported into another space of creativity. it was especially true for jacob hashimoto's skyfarm fortress. i had just missed his gas giant at moca in june, so happy to have been able to catch the site specific piece. while on west 24th, i popped into metro pictures and mike weiss gallery. the latter was another make-up viewing as i missed tom fruin's kolonihavehus at the dumbo arts festival and the original watertower in dumbo. a treat to see the dutch masters version.
